Pros
It's a really nice building and some excellent coworkers.
Cons
Management bullies and micromanages people out of their jobs rather than developing their talents and respecting their expertise. Prepare to be billed quite heavily upon resignation as I lost a lot more of my 401K than anticipated and got a bill to boot. Underpaid and overworked while being treated as disposable like any other call center with changes all the time. The open door policy is a joke-it doesn't work at all.
