      Pros

      Great retirement benefits, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Terrible health insurance (they self-insure and hide behind their TPA instead of owning their terrible health insurance). Educational benefits are behind others in the market. Lower pay than competitors.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
