      Good benefits. All teams were great to work with.

      Cons

      Upper leadership only cares and is in your corner if you play their game. It really does not matter how much knowledge or experience you have. If you don't kiss butt and act like Mary Sunshine 24/7 you will never move past a specialist.

      Remote work options, decent health options for eyes and dental, 401k match, basic communication

      Cons

      will micro manage you in certain roles, health insurance isnt great, will look at short term trends in performance over the long term.
