      Pros

      Great people. Sometimes leaders are in place because of seniority, and are very nice, but maybe not as business-minded as they could be. Lots of opportunities for growth and to gain experience in other areas.

      Cons

      Can be very political. Pressure to be in the "in" crowd to get ahead.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
