Where do I begin? Very high school atmosphere such as affairs between employees, loud yelling at each other, older employees very negative about claims system. Older employees fast to tell you how they can't wait to retire and get hired as contract help to make the big bucks. Politically incorrect behavior that is accepted. Terrible negative comments about parent company Nationwide and how wonderful Scottsdale was before that BS company got involved. Always threats to resign by older employees. Its just a very negative place to work and new configuration of cubicles make it even worse because now you not only hear the negativity you see it.
