Pros
They support fully remote working, tons of paid time off, decent benefits, lots of opportunities to move up and around, decent company culture
Cons
LOTS of leadership changes, too many upper and mid-level managers, increasing pressure to work extra hours, hard to network remotely, excessive corporate-speak, hard to ask questions, technology is antiquated, lots of tribal knowledge and difficult gatekeepers, tall silos between departments, work-life balance not a priority, takes forever to move up the chain (10 yrs to double my salary)
