Pros
I have been with Nationwide for a few years now and find it to be a great job. Hours are flexible, you are given all the tools you need to do your job and autonomy to get it done. That does depend on the department you are in. I have heard other departments are not as generous. I have been lucky enough to not be mircomanaged and over all the culture is very inclusive and promotes growth. Great work life balance and pay is decent.
Cons
Working remote and being all over the country makes it difficult to feel close with your co-workers and managment. If that matters to you. If you want to do a job and leave this is the place for you!
