Pros

Very nice downtown location and new building, free parking in a ramp, most people were very nice to work with.

Cons

Very clickish, if you aren't buddies with your manager they are out to get rid of you. I worked there for 12 months and was let go because I made to many mistakes in a 12 month period. For me it was very hard to put every call on hold and look up a process on the intranet. I would get to the point were I knew what to do and then they would change the process on the computer with little notice to the employees, I didn't get notice until my report came in with whatever mistake was made. When I worked there someone was getting fired every other day, we would get emails stating so and so was let go today we wish them well in their future endeavors.

Cons

its hard to write out cons, overall I really enjoyed my time at nationwide. However the department I was in was ran was ran by a clique IE high school drama and gags. if your in, your in.

Pros

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
