Pros
-extremely supportive and nice coworkers and immediate managers -excellent benefits -not a bad workload except for year end rush
Cons
-necessary systems are terrible and slow down the day -pay is average for the industry, yearly bonus is fine, and time off could be much better and longer. -inconsistent messaging on expectations and instructions -many efforts are done through LEAN etc to improve processes but then are not acted upon to address root problems.
