      It’s a great place to work. I genuinely enjoy my job and being there everyday.

      Cons

      They are slow to change. In some cases, culturally dug in. It’s hard to move up unless you are on multiple succession plans.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
