Great patients and coworkers, the administration can be disorganized, but people have their hearts in the right place. The community is so welcoming once you have proven that you want to help

There is a lack of communication, which leads to misunderstandings and not feeling supported. Further needs to be done to support employees

Pros

You can be yourself here and the work feels meaningful and rewarding. Great sense of community. The annual bonuses and raises are a great plus and the upcoming new building is exciting. A lot of internal opportunities for growth.

Cons

Parking situation is bad because of construction. But hopefully once everything is finished, things will get back to normal.
