I enjoy the and value the people I work with, both the staff and the community. The clinic uses principles of harm reduction, patient centered care, cultural humility and trauma informed care. Compared to more corporate settings, the attention to mission and vision make this a rewarding place to work.

Pros

You can be yourself here and the work feels meaningful and rewarding. Great sense of community. The annual bonuses and raises are a great plus and the upcoming new building is exciting. A lot of internal opportunities for growth.

Cons

Parking situation is bad because of construction. But hopefully once everything is finished, things will get back to normal.
