Pros
I love working with flowers. I had the smallest display case but sold many flowers. I was the highest sales in the district for months, I learned a lot about different flowers. I loved helping people pick flowers for their wedding or baby shower or what ever the occasion was.
Cons
Working 7 days a week split shifts. When hired I wasn't an independent contractor but had to become one. Plus Native floral DOES NOT STAND UP FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES. Which is very very wrong. They say your not fired they just dont renew your contract no matter if you had the highest sales in the district for many months and even if your supervisor was helping you set up at a Costco's and tells you everything is perfect, if Costco's don't like you your out of there. Native floral do not and will not back up their contractors, and that is so wrong. SO SO WRONG
