Lies. They tell you lies about your starting salary and work hours. M-F and maybe overtime weekends, once you start they tell you the salary is lower because they made a mistake and will work 2 or 3 days and only work 4 hours per day. until the high season start No Honest people here. HR lies to your face, time card don't show you the hours worked so keep real good track of your hours.
