No!!!! Dont do it! - District Manager Native Floral Employee Review

-micro-manage everyone -pay is VERY low for DM's and FM's -expectations are unrealistic compared to pay -management is horrible.. nice face on the surface.. but they are not good. -they make the Floral Sales Managers pay for their assistants out of their own personal pay checks -benefits are terrible -no company savings plan -company culture stinks -turnover VERY high -theres ALOT more.. but my recommendation, is to RUN and stay far away as possible!
