Poor management - Florist Assistant Native Floral Employee Review

No contact information given to employees for anyone in company. If you need to reach anyone you have to text them. Then they might respond they might not. If you make a decision because they did not answer you then they blame you for doing something they did not like. They don’t train you but expect you to know everything. Then they blame you for flowers dying and shrink being high when they tell you not to do the one thing that’s oils fix the problem. They want you to work but don’t want you to have any hours.
