Poor Management poor pay - Floral Manager Native Floral Employee Review

Corporate level management is awful, I had one problem after another. They didn’t turn my benefits paperwork into the insurance companies so while my paycheck was being deducted, I never received benefits. When I brought it to the attention of management, it took them several weeks of not doing anything about before I told them to provide my benefits or I would no longer continue my employment, which eventually resulted in my resignation. Pay is so low, and all of the work I put into special orders I never received one single cent from.
