You’ll work on real-world problems that have a meaningful impact (e.g., fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, identity verification). Leadership is very knowledgeable and accessible if you show initiative. The culture encourages autonomy because you’re expected to contribute, not just follow. Sr. management is transparent and has open-door policies.

It can feel intense, and deadlines are strict, especially around regulatory-related deliverables that impact clients. Internal processes and documentation vary in maturity depending on the product line. Cross-functional collaboration can be hindered by product complexity and a lean team structure. I do, however, see management working through these challenges.
