Pros

I worked with Navaera, Vadodara office, full time. It has been an amazing journey. I started off relatively as a fresher with very less experience. The technology stack that Navaera works with has given me a platform towards more advanced technologies and to learn more and make the most of of what I learned here. The management is good. No organization is perfect but Navaera comes close to being one. Even during Pandemic situation, employee salaries were never delayed nor were there any pay cuts or Job cuts. The company has a very good plan for working remotely and provided all flexibility in terms of employee entry and exit. Lots of opportunities to travel aboard and learn more. They work in a niche segment hence everything that you learn has a great value in the market. I left for professional growth but thanks to Navaera, I got an opportunity to grow and climb up the ladder. I wish them all the very best.

Cons

1. Office infrastructure could have been better. 2. There are very less events and get together of staff. Mostly work or update related.

Pros

Navaera gives you real exposure to cutting-edge technology in compliance, AI, and risk management. You’ll work on real-world problems that have a meaningful impact (e.g., fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, identity verification). Leadership is very knowledgeable and accessible if you show initiative. The culture encourages autonomy because you’re expected to contribute, not just follow. Sr. management is transparent and has open-door policies.

Cons

It can feel intense, and deadlines are strict, especially around regulatory-related deliverables that impact clients. Internal processes and documentation vary in maturity depending on the product line. Cross-functional collaboration can be hindered by product complexity and a lean team structure. I do, however, see management working through these challenges.
