Navaera has been very supportive as an employer. I had the opportunity to work and learn a lot during my years of employment here. Even though I had to leave for personal reasons, this has been a great experience for me. Navaera gives freshers and less experienced employees, a chance to improve their skills, get familiar with the industry and provides a platform to grow and nurture one's professional skill sets. I am happy that I was a part of Navaera and highly recommend it. They have employee friendly policies, on time salaries and bonuses, on-site opportunities, training and education benefits.
