Company Review - Senior Project Analyst Naval Nuclear Laboratory Employee Review

Not challenging, bad inexperienced management (Division Managers, Unit Managers, Supervisors), Salary is OK but not really competitive to market standard. Stale work environment. No real advancement opportunities if you are anything other than an Engineer. Merit system is outdated and it does not work; also, most managers don't even know how to properly rate their employees because they themselves don't know the job and or don't know the job the employee really performs. Outdated technology, makes the company and good employees inefficient.
