      Great place to work, lots of opportunities, and management really looks out for their employees. Great education programs if that is something you're interested in.

      Cons

      For me personally, there aren't any cons, it's been a great place to work. A few workers say that sometimes management decisions don't always filter down to the employees.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
