Pros
While there are some excellent employees to work with in other organizations, the cronyism and dysfunctional management far outweigh considering employment here.
Cons
Management allowed discrimination, sexual harassment, physical intimidation and verbal abuse practices (over several years) in my workplace. These actions were by a former employee that were tolerated or downplayed by some in management.
