      Pros

      The community is very engaging. Great place to start working. They help with moving to a new area and setting up out of work place activities to get used to a new city.

      Cons

      The starting salary was a bit too low for me. Other jobs in the private sector pay more. However, the pay raises make it worth it if you are looking for a long term job.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
