      Boring, same thing almost everyday, not many opportunities to innovate or design anything, a majority of my job is to write instructions on how to perform work that I get almost directly from a manual, not challenging

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
