Pros
Easy work, good pay for what I'm expected to do. Opportunities to do impactful work. Some senior managers care about their people.
Cons
Very few changes are ever made. Some employees don't do their jobs and not much can be done about it. Not a great place to stay if you want to work with a motivated team. Most senior managers are just out for themselves.
