Pros
Great pay, benefits and job security. Good experience working on subs.
Cons
Lazy workers get by, can be a very toxic work environment depending on what section you're in, and people are very cliquey. You get heat for actually doing your work and leaving on time. It feels like you're back in high school. People abuse their seniority to boss around others below them, when they don't practice what they preach. Work gets passed around when someone simply just doesn't want to do it. There are more female engineers in the workplace these days, but sexual harassment is still a huge issue that online training cannot fix. It makes it hard to motivate good workers to stay here when you have all of these unnecessary obstacles to overcome aside from your actual work. Again, all of this depends on what section you're in.
