Micromanage & Toxic environment - Fed GS Naval Sea Systems Command Employee Review

-Bias thinking from leadership and not diverse -Micromange at its finest, still have paper sign in sign out sheets -Non-telework friendly, slow systems and slow network (worse than dial up speed) -Their gym ran by racist board members. -People without any college degrees get paid the same or even working in the same department -Mix of incompetencies pool working together -cap people base on their GS level/pay grade. -All social activities have to be fundraised or employees have to pay to participate in an event lunch, BS* Appropriation public money rule
