      People are great. It’s a very friendly and safe environment

      Cons

      As with all places, politics and communication seem to be the cause of many hiccups. Even though these problems get solved, they seem to be quick fixes and continue to happen after a while.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
