      Depending on what job you land, you get opportunities to travel, which is great for additional OJT, and per diem, TCT hrs, and OT hrs.

      Cons

      I had to be vaccinated in order to travel. Very ridiculous.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
