White supremacists screaming about how unfair life is, sitting around complaining about their personal affairs. It's like they were never raised. I reported such an incident (yelling and screaming about life being unfair, fists up, anger) and nothing was done. I was singled out, harassed and had to work in that environment until it affected my performance and I was let go. I followed my chain of command to report the harassment but nothing was done. The command touts anti-racism but it's just lip service and a show. If you value your time, do not work here. You can literally go into any other career and make more. Worst environment and worst people I've ever had the displeasure of working with.
