Mismanagement of taxpayers money at the highest level in the name of protecting America. No consciousness of integrity, business practices, and worse.....what is in the best interest of the nation. Complacency, extreme nepotism and favoritism among local residents who lack diversity and cultural training, education, knowledge of current and future workplace business practices, and vision. Employees serve their own self interest of living a superior quality of life that they would have never attained without working for the US government. It creates a horrible work environment for those who do not have roots or plan on establishing roots in the small community.
