Pros
It’s easy work if you know how to use computers and can navigate office politics. Quality of life for employees seems to be improving, but HR was disbanded in the past couple of years and the effects of that are snowballing pretty hard.
Cons
Workers are split up into factions and with upper management being exclusively located in LF-18, only the employees that work in LF-18 get to benefit from their shotty attempts at compensation while everyone suffers from their poor decisions
