      Good work life balance, sick time and pto is fair.

      Cons

      Traffic on the island and in the town of kittery, no matter the time of day, tacks on an average of 40 minutes to my commute both ways.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
