      Pros

      Good hours and massive amounts of diversity within the organization. Reasonable amount of time off and pretty flexible management.

      Cons

      Very slow paced. Very slow work. Not much engineering. The mandatory training sessions are the worst and most painful of DAYS to get through.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
