      Work with smart people and making a difference for the Navy.

      Cons

      No A/C in the summer. Some places no heat in the winter. Have to walk or take a bus to work everyday - no local parking. Does not innovate and hampered by too many rules.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
