      Amazing environment. Growth is slower, but you get the opportunity to learn and branch out in all directions of Cyber and Engineering.

      Federal Government, Lots of people in positions who are secured in job position who do not do anything to assist or complete tasking. Management is also hit or miss depending on department.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
