401k match is gone, micromanaging within management, stressful expectations on AHT working calls, chats and emails for a full shift, scatter resources and GDS that are not reliable, 90% goal monthly is ridiculous when most complaints is about the platform not the agent but there is only a 1 question survey, management are never on the same page and lead by personal expectations not company expectations. Inappropriate gossiping. You're given pto but made to feel like you're inconveniencing everyone when you take off. Managers look for any small reason to build a case and let you go or become inconsistent to the point you give up and leave.
