Pros

I joined TripActions because I was looking for an awesome product to sell and a great team to work with. I wasn't expecting to find something I love, but I can honestly say that I am excited to come to work everyday. My team is smart and scrappy, new approaches are encouraged, and I feel like I have a voice within the company. The CEO has experience with starting companies, and clearly know what he is done; he is also a genuinely fun guy to be around. They say culture starts at the top, and that seems to hold true, from what I have seen. This is a young company so you will not be babied and you will be expected to figure some things out for yourself, but people are always happy to pause what they are doing to answer a question. It is a great place to be if you have some experience that you can bring to help build a strong team. I am happy with my pay, quotas seem reasonable, the company is growing FAST, and benefits are quite nice. I would highly recommend talented, smart sales people, who love travel and are looking to help a growing team, apply for a job here.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly, management is often VERY busy and it can be difficult to get time with them.

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
