Thank you for your feedback and concerns as it relates to the Dallas office. I would like to address them. Dallas has been a TripActions office since May of 2018 and since we opened our doors, we have experienced tremendous growth and scale. Now, with that, we realize there are many areas of improvement that we currently are focusing on. We strive to live out our values each and every day and make every effort to make TripActions Dallas a wonderful place to work where people can grow and thrive. Culture is at the heart of what we do and we make values based decisions at every chance we get. Please know that TripActions is a safe environment and we do not condone theft in any way. If you see theft going on, please report it to our Management staff to address the issue. Our Support Training program is evolving to include areas for internal development and support. We have also launched manager success training company wide, to ensure that our leaders have the tools and skills to better support their teams, to do the best work possible. Addressing the technology piece of your feedback-- TripActions is always looking for ways to improve overall customer experience through product enhancements, programs, partnerships and tools. We are not slowing down hiring any time soon. We always seek qualified, skilled customer service professionals that go above and beyond to drive our company forward.
