Pros

There are some great people here - extremely kind and hardworking. There were some cool perks, but those are all gone now.

Cons

I’ve never seen a culture deteriorate so quickly. Even before Covid-19, things were beginning to look grim. As soon as the new CRO was brought in, I knew the company was going to go downhill. He turned a once amazing culture, into one where fear and anxiety looms. Sales leaders who had been there for years and helped build the company, were soon shuffled to other teams and later unceremoniously fired, and replaced with individuals who didn’t care about their employees as people, and only saw them as the number above their head. The CRO doesn’t value enablement or SDR teams, and created the most insane comp structure for AEs that made it nearly impossible for them to make money. The entire executive team have become selfish and untrustworthy. I have heard the CEO on multiple occasions say expletives to employees when they ask him a question he doesn’t like - even in all-hands in front of the entire company. His hubris will be his downfall.

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
