Pros

There are no pro's left, TripActions let them all go.

Cons

This has been a rough journey and it's time for people to share the truth. I was laid-off among several hundreds. Let me start off by saying the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. To let so much talent go to waste is just SAD. Why did the CEO lie to his employees before they decided to let us go? The answer is simple, the CEO is two-faced! Why else is TripActions getting destroyed by the media, the truth is out. TripActions biggest mistake and why they will fail, the CCO. Why no one has brought her up is mind-blowing. She definitely get's the award for the worst actress, her fake tears in the Zoom meeting was epic. She doesn't care about anyone, I have met her 8 times and she still couldn't remember by name, what a great leader! She also has several puppets who do her dirty work. Now it makes sense, this is why the CEO approves. Another two-faced person. Do not believe these positive reviews, they are fake! TripActions has ruined their image and their leaders are being exposed. TripActions may or may not bounce back but one thing is for sure, their best talent is now gone because of one heartless CEO who only cares about his money and passing a stupid airplane around, stay classy! What now? Stay tuned, I'm sure some more people will finally speak up.

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
