Pros
Founders wanted something different for the contact center! A contact center where people actually liked to come to work. It was an amazing feeling.
Cons
Unfortunately, as the site grew different styles of management came along with it. Those managers didn’t buy in to the vision the founders had. With that change, moral changed, SLA dropped, and instead of looking at what really happened. More task masters added more metrics, which drove moral deeper into the toilet.
