I have been at TripActions for more than 1 year and I have had a great time so far. Starting with an amazing and supportive team. In the data team, we have developed a culture where open, transparent feedback is a must. We all work together, we understand the meaning of team and our work and actions are geared towards making our team better. Although the company is quite fast paced as any start up would be, the company has been receptive to the employees needs, for example, they gave all employees a 3 week holiday time at the end of 2020. I have also seen that every time employees have suggestions on how to make things better things change quickly. I am happy of working at Tripactions and would definitely recommend this working experience to any one who is looking for a place where they can be an integral part of a team, where the limits are pushed, where you are continuously learning, and where the product is the best in the market.
Cons
Being a travel company during the pandemic resulted in some hard decisions that had to be taken.. however, the company not only survived the storm but came out even stronger.
