Pros
Good money, smart people, you'll learn a lot, good sales tools. It's a really good product with a big TAM and most of the team hits quota.
Cons
CRO is a nightmare. Really smart guy, but does not care about his people. The result is that you'll need to work much harder than in most other sales jobs, and it's a really high pressure environment even in comparison to other sales orgs. A lot of micro management around AE outbound prospecting. Even with all the money they're making, people are pretty much always stressed out.
