- London team is really strong: MEDDPICC leadership, colleagues are intelligent, ambitious hard working, and genuinely nice & fun people. - Meritocratic culture: 80% of commercial AEs are internal promotions from SDRs, similar for other segments and leadership teams - TAM is the largest I've ever worked in, with a disruptive product that outshines the old competitors in the space - direct, transparent communication style across the board - Consumption comp structure means you continue to earn from all accounts / top performers make BIG money - Enablement: TA jokes that it's like an "MBA in Sales" - facts.

Cons

-Not the place for people in need a lot of hand holding, or who need a really continuously structured workday. People that do best are adaptable, and resourceful.
