Management needs improvement and should be more qualified when someone is chosen to lead a team (not just grandfathered into the role). I was written up without prior warnings by my manager and had no knowledge that my job was in jeopardy beforehand. I was utterly blindsided and lied to about the quality of my work and no consistent training was provided by my manager throughout my time with the company. The end result was being terminated (without warning) and I believe this was in retaliation for my wanting to speak with Human Resources about the write-up and how my manager went about issuing it, as I believed it was not issued correctly. The termination process was cold and the HR representative nor my manager seemed to care what I had to say about what had happened.
