Pros
I cannot think of anything.
Cons
I realized my mistake within the first month and left voluntarily as soon as I could. The negative reviews are spot on - the CEO and CRO are two of the most awful leaders you will ever meet. I hesitate to even call them leaders. They are managers and they are developing an entire company filled with command and control style micromanagers. They change massive motions (books, comp, quota, managers, messaging, focus areas, teams, days in office, etc...) with 0 - 2 days notice to managers and reps and then 30 days later roll it back and say never mind with zero understanding or care as to how that type of chaos impact reps ability to build the replicable processes required to scale a company of this size. I've worked in successful pre and post IPO startups - you can move fast without breaking your people. They pride themselves on "fast paced change" that feels almost violent when you're in it and say that anyone who is not 100% on board with the pace is to be considered a "Passenger" instead of a "Driver". A passenger is the worst thing you could ever be called here and they will want to immediately exit you from the business (the CRO has made his own version of the Driver/Passenger language used by the CEO of Snowflake and has manipulated it to support his completely unhinged way of managing this company.) They are a "feedback culture" with zero understanding of what good, empowering and beneficial feedback is - instead peppering you with massive amounts of constructive criticism on anything and everything you do - it's death by a thousand paper cuts. Many reps I've spoken to have said their confidence is destroyed after every 1:1. For anyone considering joining the company - here are the things I'd keep in mind: 1. No one is making money here, promos are not easy to get (don't let them sell you something that isn't true) 2. They don't know how to properly enable you to succeed so managers need to be on every call 3. IPO is delayed, FY2024 plan has been considerably reduced, I imagine FY2025 will be too. 4. The culture is textbook toxic - if you have selling experience at another company, you will immediately recognize the mistake you made joining this one.
