Pros

The opportunity for builders here truly is enormous. Why? Because the legacy systems to manage business travel, expense, and corporate spend were fragmented, complicated, and opaque. Visibility was missing. The user experience suffered. Expense reports took too much valuable time and left everyone frustrated and unproductive. Navan is uniquely positioned to solve all three of these problem spaces in one super app. Each part of the business could be it's own company, and in a lot of the competition that is, in fact the case. But by combining all these overlapping experiences into one powerfully consolidated product, it allows for a beautifully simplified experience that's better for both business travelers and their finance teams, alike. Why work at a company that only tackles one of these problems and leaves the other two to someone else when you can work at Navan and have the maximum impact on transforming and modernizing the business travel and expense management space? If you want maximum impact and maximum opportunity, check out Navan.

Cons

Still getting to know all the parts of the org, but I'll get back to you!

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Cons

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
