Pros

Working at my company has been an enriching experience, fostering both my professional and personal development. The organization has provided ample opportunities for skill enhancement and growth, allowing me to take charge of my career trajectory. The autonomy granted has empowered me to explore new avenues and contribute meaningfully to the company's success. Additionally, the strong mentorship and cross-functional support have been instrumental in shaping my skills and fostering a collaborative environment. Beyond the professional sphere, the workplace has also given me the privilege of forming strong friendships with colleagues who share common values and contribute to a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere. If you focus on what is in your control, you will find success and be happy here. Those who have left the company were all likely performance-managed out. Pay and benefits are strong for industry standards. There are financially successful people here for a reason.

Cons

- Pace is QUICK! This is opposite of a corporate environment. - You might have to drive solutions instead of expect them. (Good for business exposure, however) - Change is constant here, but what can you expect from a growing start-up?

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Cons

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
